All orders ship from our US warehouse within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery takes 5-10 business days. Express options are available at checkout.

Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy?
We offer a 30-day comfort guarantee. If your pet doesn't love their CalmPaws product, return it within 30 days for a full refund. No questions asked.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@calmpaws.com with your order number. We'll send a prepaid return label within 24 hours.

Are CalmPaws products safe for cats AND dogs?
Yes. Every product is designed and tested for both species, unless specifically noted otherwise.
Are the dental products vet-approved?
Yes. Our dental formulas are reviewed by licensed veterinarians and made in FDA-registered facilities in the USA.
What if the wrong size doesn't fit my pet?
Free size exchange within 30 days. We'll ship the right size and provide a prepaid label for the original.

Do I need an account to order?
No — guest checkout is available. But creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and access exclusive deals.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, the order enters fulfillment and can't be changed. Contact us immediately at support@calmpaws.com.
