Our 30-Day Comfort Guarantee

We stand behind every CalmPaws product. If you or your pet aren't 100% happy within 30 days of delivery, we'll make it right.

How to Return

  1. Email support@calmpaws.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll send a prepaid return label within 24 hours
  3. Pack the item (used or unused) and drop it at any USPS location
  4. Refund issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receipt

What Qualifies

All products are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, including:

  • Unused or used products (we want honest feedback)
  • Wrong size or wrong color
  • Quality issues
  • Pet simply doesn't like it

Exceptions

  • Returns after 30 days are not accepted
  • Custom or personalized items (none currently)
  • Free gift items (must be returned with the qualifying order)

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 days to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Free exchanges within 30 days. Email us and we'll ship the replacement before you even send back the original.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days for an immediate replacement at no cost.
