Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2pm EST will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

United States:

• Standard (5-10 business days): FREE on orders over $35, $4.99 below
• Express (3-5 business days): $9.99

International (CA, UK, AU):

• Standard (10-15 business days): $14.99
• Express (5-7 business days): $24.99

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at support@calmpaws.com. We'll send a replacement or full refund — no questions asked.

Address Changes

Address changes can only be made within 2 hours of placing your order. Once shipped, we cannot modify the destination.
